Spirit of 1966 Whisky Bottling Note

This limited edition single malt celebrates the English football team's iconic victory in the 1966 World Cup, in particular Sir Geoff Hurst MBE, who scored the famed hat-trick which secured the win. Marrying a selection of unique casks, each bottle has been hand signed by Sir Geoff Hurst himself! Only 1966 bottles were produced, we're sure Sir Hurst must be relieved about that, seeing as he had to sign them all. This should certainly hit the back of the net as a gift for an England football fan.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fruity notes of pineapple in syrup, floral peach and gentle oaken spice.

Palate: A touch of red fruit creeps in, alongside rich honey, bold malt, and a peppering of ginger.

Finish: Woody vanilla, rich baked fruit, and sweet butterscotch balance warming oak with lingering spice.
