The folks behind the Deerstalker brand have introduced a few limited edition releases under their name! This particular bottling is an 18 year old single malt from the Speyside distillery, aged in a bourbon hogshead from September 1998 to July 2017. It was bottled at 48% ABV with an outtutn of 318 bottles.
Raisins, almonds, a touch of savoury green olive, custard.
Apple turnover, strawberry ice cream, dried barley with black pepper spiciness.
Sponge cake, grape and more peppercorn.
