SPEY Chairman’s Choice PX
This edition of SPEY Chairman's Choice single malt was treated to maturation in a combo of bourbon barrels and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for a rich, fruity profile, layered with chocolate and toffee. This series follows a tradition at the Speyside Distillery started by the founding chairman and passed down to each successive one, tasked with selecting a whisky that embodies the festive season, though it'll be a great sipper all year 'round, we reckon.

Nose
Fresh orchard fruits open the way for jammy berries, candied figs, and dates.
Palate
Plump sultanas, dark fruits, creamy chocolate, and dried orange wheels, with vanilla custard and a touch of treacle toffee in tow.
Finish
Oaken vanilla, stewed fruits, chocolate-dipped cherries, spiced biscuits.
