SPEY proudly presents its oldest-ever expression: SPEY 30 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky. Matured for three decades in carefully selected casks, including a finish in rich sherry casks, this is a reflection of the craft of the Speyside Distillery few will have been lucky to taste before.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
An inviting bouquet of cherry liqueur, velvety dark chocolate, and sweet candied fruits. Layers of malt, coconut, and delicate vanilla unfold, while soft whispers of grain add subtle depth. The finish reveals a complexity of Brazil nuts, smooth leather, and a touch of tobacco.
Palate
Bright, tropical fruit flavours burst onto the tongue, complemented by the indulgent creaminess of banana sundae ice cream. A rich, dark complexity unfolds, with warm spice from nutmeg and a gentle smoothness of cappuccino adding depth.
Finish
Silky and elegant, the whisky glides effortlessly, leaving a lingering sweetness and fragrant fruit that resonates long after the final sip.
