Description
A particularly impressive 8 year old Irish single grain whiskey here, released by Simply Whisky and bestowed the title Good Times - inspired by the experiences of discovering excellent whiskies of all varieties. Built using a combination of first-fill and refill American oak ex-bourbon casks, this expression is marvellously approachable. Immensely creamy, packing gorgeous notes of fresh vanilla, apricot and citrus.

Nose
Juicy apricot, vanilla sponge with jam and cream, a soft warming hint of sandalwood.
Palate
Raisins, orange peel, nutmeg and cinnamon building in the background.
Finish
Fruit Salad sweeties, honeycomb and just a touch of anise.
