This Orkney single malt was selected by indie bottler Signatory to join its 100 Proof Editions. Distilled in 2011, the whisky spent 14 years maturing, finishing up in a host of Palo Cortado sherry hogsheads before bottling in 2025 at a satisfying 57.1% ABV.
