A great Islay single malt from an unnamed distillery. The Ileach always scores well with the critics, this cask strength edition was awarded a mindblowingly high 97 points by Jim Murray in his 2010 Whisky Bible.
Wow i'm no expert but this packs a real punch. Careful with your measures as it's strong. Two parts whiskey and one part water and it brings out beautifully plummy tones. I love it..
My favourite whiskies all come from Islay, but I feel that this one is just a wee bit above the rest! I’m NOT a whisky expert, or anything like that, it’s just what I like! ????

This whisky is RAPIDLY becoming my favourite! I’ve like it from my first ever tasting of the 40% variety, HOWEVER, this cask strength is in a league of its own! ?????
