Scapegrace Chorus Single Malt Whisky - Limited Release II
From New Zealand distillers, Scapegrace, comes the second ever whisky. This limited release single malt has been named Chorus, and is made from New Zealand laurate barley, and matured in virgin French oak casks for three years. Non-chill filtered, and with natural colour, 7,824 bottles have been produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet honeysuckle, with waxy orange peel, and oaky spice.
Palate
Aromatic orchard fruits, juicy green grapes, drizzles of caramel, and peppery spice.
Finish
Earthy pepper and allspice linger.
