Winner of 5 awardsThe 16 year old release from the Royal Brackla single malt Scotch whisky range, and perhaps the pick of the bunch with an abundance of spicy Oloroso character. It's also beautifully presented, with a particularly large punt.

I think you had the wrong bottle there, MoM. I think the professional designation is "subtle", but the word "bland" springs to mind as well. Expecting quite a bit more at this price point. 4 stars if it were 30 quid, one and a bit at >£70.
Starts. Fruity with a nice sweetness. Has a long, long finish
Very tasty. One of the best SW ever tried.
lacks character better single malts on the market for half the price.
Absolutely top notch, very smooth, flavorsome, I taste butterscotch. Must-have whisky. Try this first and then try Glendronach 18 (flavor dynamite).
