12 year old single malt from the Royal Brackla Distillery, bottled up independently by Signatory. This was distilled in June 2009 and rested in a pair of first fill bourbon barrels until July 2021, when the experts at Signatory decided it was finally bottling time!
Nose: Buttery lemon shortbread, floral with plenty of orchard fruit.
Palate: Apples, berries, crumbly vanilla fudge, and sweet, aromatic cinnamon and baking spices.
Finish: Woody caramel and crushed almonds with a slight earthen spice.
