The first-ever whisky from Rosemaund Farm Distillery, and it arrives fully formed. Made from Maris Otter barley and distilled in 2014 and 2015, this is a marriage of eleven casks, primarily bourbon with a seasoning of full-term sherry maturation. Bottled at 10 years old and limited to around 2,700 numbered bottles, the 10 Year Old Single Malt English Whisky Inaugural Release was crafted by the Chase family, blended by Tristan Stephenson, and features involvement from Guy Ritchie. Nose
Polished oak, meadowsweet, malted biscuit, cinnamon plum, baked apple.
Palate
Dried fruit, tobacco spice, ginger, black pepper, orange zest, malty sweetness.
Finish
Long, dry and cocktail-like with Manhattan vibes.
