Released in March 2017, Roe & Co blended Irish whiskey marks Diageo's return to the Irish whiskey category having sold Bushmills a couple of years earlier. Roe & Co is bottled at 45% abv without chill filtration and is a blend of single malt and grain whiskeys matured exclusively in bourbon casks (a high proportion of which are first-fill).
Creamy, delightfully fragrant and remarkably rounded with notes of soft spice and mellow spun sugar along with warm hints of woody vanilla.
The quality and perfect balance of the blend is immediately apparent on the palate through its velvety texture and sweet flavours including spiced pears and vanilla.
Lingering and gentle, ending with a light creaminess.

A wonderfully smooth, sweet, mellow whiskey. Would highly recommend!
Lovely taste and smell tried inWicklow in February 2022 was a Jameson Black barrel man before but this would be my preferred choice now
I tried it at a bar, sweet caramel and vanilla scent with a very smooth taste, very little roughness, easy to drink with a wonderfull smell.
I'm a single malt snob. I got the roe and co under $30. I find it great. I always drink it neat. Love it. Lots of flavors like mint, dried fruit, sweet grain. It seems way underpriced to me.
Strong but smooth. It’s predominant characteristic is that of sweetness. It lacks complexity and depth of flavour. Would make a fine cocktail base or easy end of the night whisky when you’ve had too much to appreciate anything more subtle.
