Brilliant bourbon from Redwood Empire out in Sonoma County, California. This particular expression has been dubbed Pipe Dream, named after the 14th tallest tree on earth. Amazing finish

Pipedream Bourbon is a very special whiskey. I loved the hint of sweetness on the first sip and the finish is long and really enjoyable. The four gain mass bill really allows the Rye and barley to shine through. I taste the spice from the rye and richness form the Barley. I put this in my top five bourbons. It has a really approachable price which makes it a good daily drinker. I highly recommend Pipedream

Disappointing

None of the complex flavours were experienced, found it quite bland.

Fiona Hill Nov 3, 2023

Far too sweet

Sort of Speyside plus maple syrup. At first I thought it an interesting taste but then the cloying sweetness put me right off.

Eric Baker Nov 25, 2021

Wow!

A bourbon with the complexity of a fine single malt scotch.
