This single malt was distilled at Pulteney in 2011, before being filled into first-fill bourbon barrels (from Maker's Mark, specifically) for the next 11 years. In 2023 it was independently bottled by Càrn Mòr for part of its Strictly Limited series, with a total of 1,182 bottles released.
Flamed orange peel, buttered fruit scones, and a sea breeze.
Vanilla pod, sweet barley, and zesty lemon are balanced by a pinch of sea salt.
