A fantastic single pot still Irish whiskey from the Powers range, created as a 21st century embodiment of the style of whiskey that made Powers famous across the globe name many moons ago. Plenty of spicy notes coming through here, mellowed out by waves of vanilla and honey. It's drawn from second and third-fill bourbon barrels, along with a little helping of sherry cask matured whiskey.
