Bourbon
An indie bottling of Paul John Indian single malt from German bottler Malts of Scotland. The whisky was distilled back in 2009 and left to mature in a bourbon barrel until 2015, when it was bottled at cask strength, producing just 180 bottles.
Salted caramel brownie, subtle raisin sweetness, toasted barley.
Thick honey on toasted rye bread, walnut, a touch of mint.
Chocolate peanuts, very light wafts of wood smoke.
