Nose
Milky coffee, ripe apple, a touch of beeswax. Some savoury hints of toasted sesame snaps.
Palate
Honeyed sponge cake, buttered bread, bourbon biscuits, lemon.
Finish
Drying cinnamon and brown sugar.
