Single cask single grain Scotch whisky from the North British distillery, matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel for 26 years - from 1991 to 2017. Following its maturation, the whisky was bottled by Copper Monument, a new and impressive indie whisky bottler.
Milky coffee, ripe apple, a touch of beeswax. Some savoury hints of toasted sesame snaps.
Honeyed sponge cake, buttered bread, bourbon biscuits, lemon.
Drying cinnamon and brown sugar.
