26 year old single grain from the North British Distillery here, independently bottled by Hannah Whisky Merchants as part of the Lady of the Glen range. Distilled in May 1991 and left to mature in a bourbon hogshead, this one rested until July 2017. Only 95 bottles were released.
Toffee ice cream (in a waffle cone!), toasted almonds, soft anise hints.
Clotted cream, honeycomb, bubblegum, salted butter.
Dried kitchen herbs and butterscotch.
