A very well-Sherried single cask 23 year old single grain from the North British distillery, which has been matured in a Sherry hogshead from August 1992 to July 2016. It was bottled by the folks at Càrn Mòr for their very popular Celebration Of The Cask Black Gold bottling range - 168 bottles were produced.
Chocolate-dipped red berries, thick caramel and a dusting of nutmeg.
Spearmint and coffee, with developing chocolate orange notes.
Treacle and robust wine-like sweetness.
