Superbly sherried grain from the North British distiller, bottled as part of the popular Celebration of the Cask Black Gold range by Càrn Mòr. This one was aged in a sherry hogshead from November 1995 to June 2018, when it was bottled at cask strength, producing just 234 bottles.
Waxy orange peel, cacao, espresso.
Chocolate brownies, menthol, raisin, honeyed cereals and Demerara sugar.
Slightly oily on the finish, though still sweet with sherried fruit.
