Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
It opens on hay, freshly cut grass, earthiness, toffee and manuka honey. Some spices, cinnamon, nutmeg perhaps and buttered granary toast.
Palate
Cereal sweetness, malt, butterscotch, lots of porridge, toastiness, vanilla and some aniseed.
Finish
Good length finish with vanilla, oak and toffee.
