Bourbon fans, it's another Single Barrel Bourbon from the ever-wonderful New Riff! Its mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley ensures that there's a hefty dose of spice alongside the creamier chocolatey notes from the corn, and this particular edition was bottled at 53.55% ABV. As always, the bottle is a delight, too.
