New Riff's Single Barrel Bourbon releases are always a treat. With a mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, the high rye content ensures plenty of warming spice alongside creamy chocolate, stewed fruit, and vanilla sugar. Bottled at a wholesome 52.7% ABV, this is one to sip and savour.

Nose
Praline opens the way, with nutty rye bread, marmalade, and apricot.
Palate
Buttery oak with delicate char, forest fruits, and dark chocolate. Coffee and earthen vanilla tangle with prickles of baking spice.
