Drawn from a single barrel, this bourbon from New Riff is made to the Kentucky distillery's classic high rye mash bill. Bottled at a bold 51.8% ABV, it's brimming with satisfying layers of buttery caramel, charred oak, and warming spice.

Nose
Toasted oak, cinder toffee, cinnamon bark, and clove.
Palate
Buttery caramel, warming cinnamon, and rich oak char lead, with a touch of chocolate opening the way for warming baking spice.
Finish
A touch of citrus oil and peppery rye spice.
