Never Say Die Rye Whiskey
A rye whiskey from transatlantic brand Never Say Die, made from a mash bill that is 56% rye, 33% corn, and 11% malted barley. Rye's mash bill must, by law, consist of at least 51% rye, so this is quite a light rye compared to most. As with all NSD whiskey, it was distilled in Kentucky and matured at the White Peak Distillery (which makes Wire Works whisky) in England.

Nose
Caramel, ginger, brown sugar, apple, and a hint of mint.
Palate
A smattering of rye spice alongside toffee, vanilla, orange peel, and a touch of coconut.
Finish
Nutmeg and caramel.
