Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Whisky - Batch 8 70cl

Before Nc'nean's core organic single malt whisky became a continuous line there were batches. And what we have here is batch number eight! These expressions are always marvellous, having been made with organic Scottish barley that is treated to a gentle fermentation and distillation, letting those delicious fruity notes develop in the spirit. Following that, it's matured in a combination of STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine casks and bourbon casks, bringing yet more fruity notes to the palate, along with creamy vanilla and a whisper of spice. The distinctive bottle Nc'nean presents its whisky in is 100% recycled glass, and looks fabulous too.
