The second seasonal spring release from Nc'nean's Huntress collection. This series follows the distillery's ethos of discovery and innovation, and the 2023 edition is its first single malt to feature a special four-yeast recipe. Red and white wine yeasts, along with maturation in a combo of STR red wine and first-fill bourbon casks result in a superb array of forest fruits, buttery fudge, and herbaceous spice that surely inspired the name Woodland Candy!

Nose
Buttered tea cakes, candied tropical fruit, drizzles of toffee, and dried berries.
Palate
Silky honey and vinous fruits mingle, with hints of fennel and vanilla nestling alongside creamy malt and rich oak char.
Finish
A touch of clove and green pepper join for the finish, with poached plums and buttery fudge in support.
