A single cask bottling of 25 year old Mortlach single malt, bottled by Adelphi. This one was distilled in 1987 and left to slumber for quarter of a century until it was released in 2018.

Nose
Meaty malt balanced by thick sherry notes.
Palate
Dried fruit and fiery ginger, all wrapped up in caramel.
Finish
A hint of heather honey lingers alongside cinnamon and chilli-chocolate.
