This 20 year old expression joins the Darkness series of indie bottlings, showcasing the splendour of sherry cask finishes. Prepare for a marvellously robust, malt-forward profile, with plenty of sweet dried fruit and earthy spice in this one.

Nose

Nutty notes of malt lead the way with dark, berry-studded chocolate and floral wafts of sweet black tea.

Palate

Creamy praline and honeyed dates balance prickles of clove and peppery oak, while bittersweet candied orange tackles meaty malt at the core.

Finish

Earthy spice builds with rich notes of ground coffee, tea loaf, and bitter chocolate.
