Unfortunately, we can't ship Mortlach 19 Year Old 1998 (cask 3657) - Candlelight Series (Whisky Illuminati) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
This is a 19 year old Mortlach single malt, independently bottled by Whisky Illuminati for the Candlelight Series. This was drawn from just one sherry butt, produced 476 cask strength bottles.
Nose: Raisins dusted with cinnamon and nutmeg. A hint of sawdust mixed up in there too.
Palate: More cooking spices, now paired with meat malt and hot chocolate.
Finish: A good whack of orange peel on the finish.
