A Mortlach single malt from two almost consecutive casks (hogsheads), distilled on 2nd June 1997 and bottled on 11th November 2015. This is an independent bottling from Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Fragrant wood spice, fruits in syrup, gingerbread.
Cooked apples and dates, vanilla, barley, citrus hints.
Creamy and lightly spiced.
