13 year old single malt from Mortlach, bottled up by Càrn Mòr! This expression was distilled in 2007, and eventually drawn from Oloroso sherry casks in 2020 for the Strictly Limited range. 732 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Peppercorn, ripe blackberries, warm mince pies and brandy butter.
Palate
A kick of fiery ginger arrives on the palate, still supported by the dried fruit and peppery spice.
Finish
Festive spices stick around, as does a hint of coffee.
