    Single Malt

Mortlach 1998 (Berry Bros. & Rudd)

From the London Wine Merchants BBR, this was distilled at the Mortlach distillery in 1998 before 13 years in cask 3798. It was bottled at natural cask strength with neither chill-filtration nor caramel-colouring in 2012. Lovely stuff.

    V tasty!!

Light, clean, crisp aroma. Wow... Powerful flavour (maybe due to the 56.8% alcohol!), Very round flavour, rich, tarte tatin, caramel... Delicious!
