Nose: Deep notes of caramelised sugar atop apple crumble, hints of sherried peels, redcurrant and black pepper. A touch of star anise, a little creamy sherry, and dried strawberries.

Palate: Sherbet lemon and strawberry on the palate, with porridge oat, creamy vanilla, a little cranberry juice and malt.

Finish: Decent length on the finish, trailing off with dried cranberries and cocoa.
