Very sweet with vanilla fudge, toffee apple and spice. A straightforward nose, without heaps of complexity, but very charming nonetheless.
Malty, toffeyed, and generically fruity, this is a great session dram – not too heavy, and very pleasing.
Spices, hints of granary toast. Malty.
This whiskey for sure my favorite, i have tryed miyagikyo 10 and 12, they are good also but this one have more fruity komplex taste, and not so smokey that i prefer!
I second that. I tried a sample of this last night. A perfect balance of sweetness and smoke that gets better with every sip. It's one of those whiskies that pops up pleasantly in your nose the next day. Shame it's out of stock!!
a great tasting whisky. i can't really do tasting notes, i'll leave that to the experts, but i can i can say this was moreish.
