Nose
Cooked apples with cinnamon and nutmeg, sugared cereals, sultana and prune.
Palate
Chocolatey malt, honeyed barley, sugary coffee, fresh orange and mint.
Finish
Toffee, raisin, more chocolate and just a hint basil.
