We bagged a batch of Dutch single malt whisky from the Millstone distillery for this addition to our exclusive Master of Malt collection. Distilled in 2014 and matured for four years in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead, a release of 121 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Polished oak and nutty malt lead the way, with whispers of earthy smoke cushioned by sweet layers of charred peach and apricot.
Palate
Creamy toffee, stewed stone fruits, and banana chips mingle with drying smoke. Buttered malt loaf and liquorice develop in time.
Finish
Vibrant, herbaceous spice joins the sweet grilled fruit, with cardamom, fennel, and flamed oranges, while campfire smoke lingers in the depths.
