Master distiller Kevin O'Gorman has used his skills and the marvellous Midleton stocks to create this astonishing expression, comprised of single pot still and single grain whiskeys, matured in lightly charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels. Nose
Nutella on toast, sandalwood, clementine, delicate nutmeg.
Palate
Stewed apple, honeyed cereal, cinnamon and black pepper bringing pot still spiciness, a waft of fragrant florals.
Finish
Mature oak, malted milk biscuits, citrus oils.
