Bomberger's Declaration - 2023 Release
Bomberger's Declaration is a limited-edition bourbon from Michter's Distillery, which celebrates its former distillery Bomberger annually with a new bottling. For the 2023 Release, the whiskey was aged in Chinquapin oak (Quercus Muehlenbergii) and charred American oak casks and then bottled at 54% ABV.
This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!

Nose
Coffee grounds, dark chocolate, vanilla, dried fruit, and ginger.
Palate
Vanilla custard, molasses, stewed plums, and nutmeg.
Finish
Long and spicy.
