Boy howdy! We get to say that, seeing as we bottled up this beautiful bourbon, hailing from an undisclosed Tennessee distillery. Which Tennessee distillery? You'll have to guess, but we can tell you that this one spent 11 years maturing between 2007 and 2022, including a finishing period in an ex-oloroso octave cask. A release of just 72 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Rewarding layers of cinnamon, sultanas, toffee apple, and cookie dough.

Palate Sticky ginger loaf and fruited oatmeal biscuits, with fresh vanilla pod and cacao in tow.

Finish Crème brûlée brings creamy vanilla and burnt sugar to the finish, accompanied by a dash of nutmeg, and cinnamon sugar.
