Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Waxy orange and tart grapes, with a touch of spun sugar-topped profiteroles.
Palate
Gooseberry and green apple. Almost peppery at points with cedar and ginger.
Finish
Quite long and juicy with more fresh fruit.
