Wine Cask
15-year-old single malt from Mannochmore, distilled in 2008 and treated to a finish in a single Barolo red wine hogshead before bottling. The cask was opened by Alistair Walker in 2023, independently releasing a total of 315 bottles for the Infrequent Flyers collection.
Peach, apricot, and spiced apple loaf.
Buttery barley and creamy fudge open the way backed by tangy red fruit and delicate citrus zest.
Soft stone fruits and elegant woody spices linger.
