15-year-old single malt from Mannochmore, distilled in 2008 and finished for a generous three years in a first fill oloroso sherry hogshead from Bodegas Fernando de Castilla. Independently bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh in 2023, a release of 281 bottles.
Sweet notes of poached orchard fruit, drizzled with syrup, honeyed sultanas, and oaken vanilla.
Waxed citrus, marmalade, apple flapjack, and festive spice support oily barley.
Porridge with honey, soft notes of apricot, more orchard fruits, and a smidge of ginger heat.
