Nose: Chocolatey - Rolos and mint-choc-chip ice cream. Soft vanilla leads into red velvet cake. A hint of herbaceous turmeric.
Palate: Citrus blossom, clotted cream and apple turnover. Still hides a few herbaceous notes underneath. Touches of buttered burnt toast.
Finish: Vegetal oak and a kick of white pepper. After a minute or two, there's some juicy honeydew melon notes.
