18 year old single malt from Macduff, independently bottled by the ever-impressive Gordon & MacPhail for the recently revitalised Connoisseurs Choice range. 217 bottles were produced, featuring whisky drawn from a refill American hogshead that was filled in 2000 and emptied in June 2018.
Toasted sugar, mint leaf, Turkish Delight floral sweetness and a touch of cassia.
Spicy malt and rich vanilla. Great waves of orchard fruit freshness.
A very subtle hint of tobacco underneath juicy melon and peach.
