Oh, would you look at this - another excellent indie bottling from your favourite friends at Master of Malt! This one is an 18 year old single malt from the Macduff distillery, distilled on the 13th of October 1997 and aged in a single Sherry butt until the 11th of October 2016 (just two days before its 19th birthday!).
Fragrant barley, honey and bubblegum. Hot Ribena, airy heather and a hint of Bombay mix.
Apricot, Yum-Yums and oily hops. Cardamom spiciness develops, followed by burnt sugar warmth.
Vanilla-y grist, honey again and Sichuan pepper.
