This Macduff has spent fifteen years in oak barrels and has been bottled without chill-filtration for the Duncan Taylor Dimensions range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cereal grain and home-made toffee leading to pine resin and gentle wood smoke.
Palate
Orange and ginger leading to more toffee and candied citrus peel.
Finish
The ginger intensifies then dissipates as butter fudge takes over.
Overall
This is a full-flavoured whisky with delectable flavours of orange and ginger.
