Independently bottled 25 year old single malt from the Longmorn distillery, bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. If you had a snoop around the distillery in Speyside region, you might be surprised to find a workable steam engine in there! Unless you can tell the future and knew that you'd find the steam engine. Then you wouldn't be so surprised. Way to ruin the surprise.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains, blended malts, blends and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic-novel-style labels.
Green apples, white chocolate, caramel shortbread. Soon enough, there's an intriguing hint of chicken crisps and thyme honey (which go rather well together).
Fruit salad, with grapes, oranges, cantaloupe and more apples. Hoppy beer, buttered bread and grist.
Oily hops once again, now with porridge oats and a drizzle of almond liqueur.
