An 18 year old Longmorn, bottled up by Chorlton Whisky! This one was distilled in June 2002 and aged in a single bourbon barrel for 18 years, then bottled up at 51.1% ABV with an outturn of 203 bottles. The label features art of people harvesting barley, as well as a big ol' tree.
A balanced nose of citrus and earthy barley, plus a kick of ginger.
Peach crumble, milky coffee, lemonade, biscuit dough, allspice, and black pepper.
Lingering coffee warmth, as well as vanilla pod and buttered bread.
